No Appointment? More Vaccine Clinics In Mass. Now Accepting Walk-Ins

MARLBOROUGH, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — More vaccination clinics across Massachusetts are now accepting walk-ins. Among them is the Marlborough Hospital Vaccination Center at Marriott Courtyard.

This comes after months of residents having trouble finding, booking, and getting to their vaccination appointment.

More clinics are offering walk-ins because of an extra supply of Moderna and Pfizer vaccine doses coming in from the federal government, as well as decrease in appointment demand.

Elisabeth Spencer, a nurse at the Marlborough Hospital Vaccination Center, said walk-ins are available to anyone in Massachusetts.

“We technically bill insurance for the administration fee but you don’t have to have insurance. We can’t turn anybody away for the vaccine. So, we want anybody and everybody who’s even thought about getting it,” Spencer said.
