BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — Bostonians are dancing their pandemic stress away on the Rose Kennedy Greenway at a five-day free dance festival.

"Lets Dance Boston!" encourages people of all dance abilities to come out and shimmy and shake to live music and classes in a wide variety of dance styles. Each night offers a dance theme like East Coast Swing, Mambo, West Coast Swing, Salsa and Garba.

"Come and enjoy the music even if you don't want to dance! And again, no dance experience necessary, people bring their families, their friends, their pets, it's a really fun time," dance instructor Lisa Field-Coleman told WBZ NewsRadio's Brooke McCarthy.

"This is always one of the most fun community events we do at Celebrity Series," 'Let's Dance Boston!' Executive Director Gary Dunning said. "This year will be especially joyful, as people from all over celebrate and gather outdoors to dance and share live music with their neighbors, friends and families."
