Fire At Popular Corn Maze Investigated As Suspicious

STERLING (WBZNewsRadio) - A fire at Davis Farmland's Mega Maze is being investigated as suspicious after the owner's of the Sterling farm said they believe the fire to be intentionally set.

The Sterling Fire Department along with the state fire marshal's office and Sterling Police are looking into what happened. There is a $5,000 reward for any information about the fire.

The farm first opened in 1846 and draws over 100,000 people for it's seasonal corn maze in the fall.

In a statement the farm owners said luckily there were no injuries to any people or farm animals during the fire and they intend to rebuild and hopefully reopen in September.

The Discovery Farm across the street was not damaged
