BOURNE, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — Late Tuesday morning, Massachusetts State Police announced that a tractor-trailer that was carrying gravel toppled over at the Bourne Rotary, partially blocking the right travel lane of Route 28 north heading into the rotary.
The truck is a 2007 Peterbilt that's owned and operated by a 58-year-old man from Hyannisport, who suffered minor injuries in the rollover. A second vehicle, a 2017 Ford Transit, was also involved and the 39-year-old Providence man driving possibly suffered minor injuries.

At the time of posting, one lane remains open in the rotary and heading into noontime, State Police said a cleanup would likely take hours.
The crash is under investigation, police said.
