TAUNTON, Mass. (WBZNewsRadio) - A 33-year-old Taunton man has died following a shooting on Winthrop Street just before 8 a.m. Friday morning.
Police responded to a home on Winthrop Street around 7:40 a.m. and discovered a male victim sitting in a vehicle, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. He was taken to the hospital with serious life-threatening injuries, where he later died.
The man has been identified as Alvaro J. Andrade, of Taunton.
No other information has been released. The investigation continues.
