BURLINGTON, Mass. (WBZNewsRadio) - An investigation is underway in Burlington after nearly a dozen shots were fired at the Avalon apartment complex overnight.
Police responded to the complex at 1 Arboretum Way just after 3:45 a.m. and discovered suspects had fired 21-shots, from two separate weapons while on foot outside the property. Thankfully no one was hurt.
Officers believe the suspect used a stolen vehicle out of Everett to flee the area. The car was found in a neighborhood nearby.
Burlington Police believe this is a targeted incident and said there is no threat to the public at this time.
