MARLBOROUGH, Mass. (WBZNewsRadio) - One man is dead and another person is in the hospital following what authorities are calling an altercation inside a home on Saint Ives Way in Marlborough.
Police responded to the home just after 10:30 p.m. on Wednesday evening after getting a 911 call reporting some sort of quarrel in the home. When officers arrived, they discovered a 45-year-old man with injuries. He was taken to UMass Marlborough Hospital, where he later died. Another person was also hurt and also taken to the hospital.
The details of the altercation remain unclear. Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan, State Police and local police are all investigating.
