BRAINTREE, Mass. (WBZNewsRadio) - A pair of juveniles are facing multiple charges after leading authorities on a car chase, in a stolen car, through Braintree.
Braintree police came upon the stolen vehicle at South Shore Plaza with two people inside. As officers tried to stop the car, the suspects rammed one of the cruisers. The suspects then took a turn down a dead end street. When they realized they had no where to go, the pair took off running.
Both suspects were arrested and are facing numerous charges as well as a number of prior outstanding warrants.
"Any post claiming they have video of the incident is a scam and should not be clicked on by anyone as it’s a scam." Police said, but did not share further details.
