Massachusetts & New Hampshire Police Search For Armed Carjacking Suspects

HAVERHILL, Mass. (WBZNewsRadio) - Police in New Hampshire are looking for two armed carjacking suspects from Haverhill, that led authorities on a chase across state lines.

It was just after 10:00 p.m. when Haverhill police decided to stop pursuing a white Kia on Route 97 westbound, just before the New Hampshire state line. A short time later, police in Salem, New Hampshire began getting a number of 911 calls for attempted carjackings.

A pair of victims told authorities both a male and female suspect, armed with am AR-15 style rifle, tried to steal their car in the area of Main Street. Luckily both victims escaped unharmed, with their cars. A third victim was blocked by the white Kia at Main Street and Geremonty Drive.

"This victim was forced out of her car at gunpoint and her vehicle was stolen." Police said.

The Kia was left in the middle of the intersection and the suspects took off in the stolen vehicle. It's described as a black 2009 Toyota Camry with the NH plate 2260113. The car also has a Central Catholic High School and WPI sticker on the back windshield.

Police were able to identify one of the suspects as Nathan Saben, of Haverhill, Mass. He is described as a White man, just over 6 feet tall, around 200 lbs, with black hair, hazel eyes and a number of visible tattoos, including ink on the right side of his neck and his forearms.

If you have any information as to the whereabouts of Saben, or spot the stolen Camry, police ask you call 911 immediately.
