Stoughton Police Arrest Two Juveniles After Reports Of A Gunshot

STOUGHTON, Mass. (WBZNewsRadio) - A pair of 17-year-olds are facing gun charges after reports of a gunshot in the community on Tuesday morning.

Police responded to a home on Elm Street around 10 a.m. on November 7th.

"Responding officers surrounded the residence out of an abundance of caution, and two people in the basement of the house were evacuated from the building." Police said.

Thankfully no was injured.

Two 17-year-olds were also on scene. One came out of the home when called by Police, the other was found while officers swept the building.

Both juveniles are charged with possession of a firearm without a FID card.
