PD Investigating After Remains Of Newborn Baby Found At Recycling Center

ROCHESTER, Mass. (WBZNewsRadio) - An investigation is underway in Rochester after the body of what appeared to be a baby was discovered at a recycling plant on Thursday morning.

Police said they got a 911 call around 10:40 a.m. on the morning on November 9th from the Harvey Waste recycling facility on Cranberry Highway. The caller told authorities workers at the plant had discovered the body and immediately stopped all processing at the plant.

"Currently, no further information is available as the Rochester Police, State Police, and the Medical Examiner's Office continue investigating," police said in a release.
