Monday's additions include former Boston College coach Bob Bicknell as tight ends coach, three-time Super Bowl champion D'onta Hightower as inside linebackers coach, former New York Giants head coach Ben McAdoo as senior offensive assistant and former Tufts University cornerbacks coach Coby Tippett as special teams coaching assistant.

New England finished last season at the bottom of the AFC East with four wins and 13 losses before parting ways with head coach Bill Belichick in January.

The team announced Jerod Mayo as their new head coach last month.
