3 Men Charged In Connection With Worcester Burned Body

WORCESTER, Mass. (AP) — Three men are facing charges in connection with a burned body discovered in Worcester.

MassLive.com reports that 35-year-old Primitivo Matos and 27-year-old Daniel Luis Rivera are expected to appear in court Monday on charges of accessory after the fact in the death of 30-year-old Benjamin Pacheco.

On Friday, 35-year-old Rafael Guzman was arraigned in Worcester District Court on one count of accessory after the fact and remains in custody. Guzman, who was related to Pacheco, has denied the charges. It couldn't be immediately determined if Matos or Rivera have lawyers.

Pacheco's body was found Tuesday morning after firefighters responded to a report of a fire in a grassy area. Authorities say Pacheco appears to have suffered a neck wound. His body was covered in bubble wrap and a blanket.
