$5000 Reward Offered For Information On Stolen Boston Police Uniforms

WEYMOUTH, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — The FBI is offering a $5,000 reward for information in the thefts of Boston Police uniforms from a Weymouth supply store.

Weymouth Police said the thefts happened on March 27 at 3:30 PM and March 28 at 9:30 AM. The FBI is investigating the thefts with Weymouth Police. A number of uniforms were stolen, including reflective vests, coats with the Boston Police logo, dress coats, and other materials.

The FBI is offering the reward money for information that results in in an arrest and prosecution of whoever stole the uniforms.

Weymouth Police are asking anyone with information to come forward.
