Aquarium T Station Reopens After Shooting Investigation

BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — The Aquarium T Station is open Monday morning following a shooting investigation. Two shots were fired at the station Sunday night, Transit Police said. No one was hurt.

A fight between a group of teen boys on an inbound Blue Line train spilled out onto the platform just before 10:00 p.m., and as the teens were leaving the station two shots were fired. The station was closed overnight as Transit Police detectives processed the scene.

"We are extremely grateful no one was injured during tonight's incident," Superintendent Richard Sullivan said in a release. "All available resources will be deployed to identify, locate and apprehend the person/s responsible for such reckless and criminal conduct."
