BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — With April Fools' Day on Friday, WBZ's James Rojas made the trek over to a store in Southie, where the holiday is treated as no joke.
Little Jack Horner Jokes & Magic in Southie offers the equipment needed to pull off the perfect jokes and pranks. Store Owner Brad Bankman showed off their inventory of items sure to get a good laugh.
"We have a shocking pen, a fart bomb, auto-whistle, broken window- which is very believable, a whoopee cushion, a cockroach, they're all classic," Bankman said.
Bankman said that for one of their items, the fake winning scratch ticket, jokesters should buy real tickets to mix in with the prop. In addition to selling joke gifts, the business also fills propane tanks and practices welding, Bankman said.

For Bankman, he said that he loves every piece in the store, and that each can make for a great joke depending on the mood or the situation.
But in terms of stocking laughing gas, Bankman had a solid answer.
"That's illegal- we stay above the law," Bankman said.
