Arraignment Set For Driver In Deadly New Hampshire Motorcycle Crash

LANCASTER, N.H. (WBZ NewsRadio) — Volodomyr Zhukovskyy, a truck driver at the center of a crash that killed seven motorcyclists in Coos County, New Hampshire, will be arraigned on 21 charges in Coos County Superior Court on Friday.

Zhukovskyy was indicted on the charges on March 10. The charges include seven counts of manslaughter, 14 counts of negligent homicide, and one count of reckless conduct.

The arraignment will begin at 9:45 AM.

The court has also scheduled a final pretrial hearing for November 11, jury selection for November 29-30 and the trial to begin on December 1.

Zhukovskyy's lawyers have filed a motion to reschedule the jury trial — they say there is not enough time allowed to select a proper jury. Final trial dates for the jury trial could be moved.
