ATTLEBORO, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — The same man that was charged with robbing and attacking an elderly Attleboro woman has now been accused of her setting her home on fire, which ultimately killed her.

42-year-old Adam Rollins was scheduled to be arraigned on Tuesday on the two charges of arson and murder. Last week, Rollins was arraigned on one count of Burglary With Assault with a dangerousness hearing put in place for Tuesday.

According to the Bristol County District Attorney's Office, Rollins was arrested in Weymouth after a months-long investigation into the early morning house fire that killed 80-year-old Judith Henriques on November 18. Officials say Henriques was also a victim of burglary with assault.
