Baby Trend stroller recall

NEW YORK (WBZ NewsRadio) — Select models of Baby Trend strollers are being recalled due to a potential fall hazard.

The company issued the recall Thursday for four models of its Tango Mini Stroller because the hinge joints can release, which could cause the stroller to collapse and potentially hurt a child using it.

The four models under recall are Quartz Pink (Model Number ST31D09A), Sedona Gray (Model Number ST31D10A), Jet Black (Model Number ST31D11A), and Purest Blue (Model Number ST31D03A). The model numbers are printed in black on a white sticker located on one of the stroller's legs.

The strollers were manufactured in China and sold at Amazon and Target between October and November of 2019.

Baby Trend says that anyone using these strollers should stop immediately and contact the company for a full refund or replacement.
