Bikers Against Child Abuse Hold Event To Raise Awareness

REVERE, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — Bikers Against Child Abuse (BACA) held an outdoor event for kids and their families in Revere Saturday afternoon.

The group is a community of motorcyclists who strive to create a safer environment for abused children. Saturday’s event was meant to spread awareness.

“We work with families who call us when they’re in crisis and when children who are afraid. And we come out and we help the children not be afraid,” BACA’s public relations officer Topaz said.

The outdoor event held several activities for families, including an assortment of trucks and motorcycles for the kids to see.

“We’re hoping to introduce ourselves to the community and let people know that BACA is here, that we’re ready to stand up and we’re ready to help the kids,” Topaz said.
