TEWKSBURY, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — A Billerica man is facing an assault charge, after he allegedly pulled a gun and threatened another driver in Tewksbury.
On Friday at around 4:45 p.m., police received a call from a driver reporting a man who had allegedly cut them off in a Burger King parking lot and flashed a gun.
According to WBZ-TV, the suspect also said “I have a license; I can do whatever I want in my car” during the incident.
The suspect, later identified as 49-year-old Michael Cetrone, was later arrested and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon.
Cetrone is due to be arraigned on Monday.
