Bishop Feehan's AJ Quetta Graduates High School

ATTLEBORO, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — AJ Quetta is officially a high school graduate.

The now-former Bishop Feehan High School student received a standing ovation at his graduation ceremony on Friday, according to WBZ-TV.

Quetta, from North Providence, was severely injured during a January 26 high school hockey game when he hit the boards headfirst.

He's been recuperating at the Shepard Center in Atlanta, which specializes in treating severe spinal cord and brain injuries.

Quetta was recently made an honorary captain at a Bruins playoff game against the Islanders on May 29. New England Sports Village, Quetta's home rink, will host a hockey tourney called the 1st Annual Quetta Cup on June 26, with all proceeds going to Quetta and his family.
