CONCORD, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — The body of a missing Cambridge man was recovered from Walden Pond on Monday.
Massachusetts State Police’s Underwater Recovery Unit divers pulled the body from vegetation in an area of the pond that was about 35-feet deep.
A police cadaver dog located the body while on a search boat Monday.
Police had been searching for the 53-year-old man for days before finding his body. He had gone missing after visiting Walden Pond last week.
“At this time, there is no evidence of foul play,” state police said.
