BOOM: Cannons Fired For Boston's June Day Parade

BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — The Ancient and Honorable Artillery Company of Massachusetts’ June Day Parade is the oldest military parade in the nation, and the largest on the East Coast.

The parade marched through Boston proper Monday, complete with soldiers and muskets, starting in Faneuil Hall and travelled up through the Boston Common.

Following the conclusion of the parade, reigning officers resigned their commissions and newly elected officers received their command.
