BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — Thanksgiving may still be weeks away, but Faneuil Hall is about to get into the Christmas spirit.
A 60-foot Norway Spruce tree from Wallkill, New York, this year's Faneuil Hall Christmas tree, arrived Monday.
The tree was threatening to fall on someone's garage, so they decided to donate it.
The tree will be hoisted into place with a crane Tuesday morning, and decorated over the course of the next week.
You'll have to wait until December 3, when they'll hold the Blink! Tree Lighting and Holiday Spectacular at Faneuil Hall, to see it lit up.
