BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — Tails were wagging a little faster in Boston today after a special visitor showed up from the North Pole.

Pups showed up from all over for the Boston Veterinary Clinic’s annual "Holiday Photos with Santa" event, which raised money for three pet-friendly nonprofits: the Boston Animal Rescue Collective, the Service Dog Project and Not One More Vet.

"We have some little Santa's helpers that are running around with treats to make sure everyone's feeling good," organizer Ryan Stutzbach said.

First in line was a little guy named Pablo. His owner Annette from Charlestown, is pretty sure he made the nice list this year.

"I'm more worried about him just staying in place and looking at the camera," she said. Tickets were free, but donations were encouraged to support the three charities.
