Boston Motorcycle Ride Raises Money For Wounded Vets

BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — The ninth annual Boston Wounded Vets Run was held on Sunday. Thousands of motorcyclists lined up at the Boston Harley-Davidson in Revere to raise money for New England’s most severely wounded veterans.

Among the guests at the event was 91-year-old Peter McDonald, who was a Navajo Code Talker in World War II.

“They serve to protect their freedom and liberty that we all cherish. So, let us honor them every day,” McDonald said of the veterans.
