BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — Suffolk County District Attorney Rachel Rollins' office has confirmed that a Pastor from Mattapan was arrested Friday on child molestation charges.
Pastor George Swain of Greater Victory Temple on Blue Hill Avenue was taken into custody by Boston Police Friday night. The D.A.'s office said they will release more information on Monday, during Pastor Swain's arraignment.
The website for the Pentecostal church lists after school and preschool programs, as well as youth groups and a children's choir.
The church was not available for comment.
According to Boston Police Department, Swain is charged with multiple counts of Rape of a Child and Indecent Assault and Battery of a Child Under 14.
