BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — Boston Police arrested a man and a woman as part of a human trafficking investigation over the weekend.

Police took in Kayleigh Santos, 32, of Providence, R.I and Marquis Campbell, 29, of Hyde Park late Friday night — both had outstanding arrest warrants.

Santos was arrested without incident at around 10:30 PM near 811 Mass. Avenue in Boston, and charged with Human Trafficking and Deriving Support from Prostitution. Boston Police made the arrest with members of the FBI's Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking Task Force, and the Arlington Police Department.

Police said they found four plastic bags of heroin and a container of unknown orange pills when they arrested Santos, and said that would result in more charges for the woman.

Campbell was arrested without incident about an hour later near 3699 Washington Street in Jamaica Plain, and charged with Human Trafficking.

Arraignment for the suspects is set for East Boston District Court, and Boston Municipal Court, respectively.
