Boston Police: Reported Shots Fired Near Stockyard Restaurant In Brighton

BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — On Monday morning, Boston Police officers responded to reported shots fired near a steakhouse in Brighton.

Officials say that the call came in at 9:27 a.m., reporting gunshots near the Stockyard Restaurant on Market Street. The arriving officers say there were no victims or injuries reported from the scene.

Stockyard does not open until 3 p.m. on Mondays, hours after the gunshots were first reported.

BPD says the incident is under investigation.
