BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — One of Boston's most sought after wedding venues, the Boston Public Library, has announced it's giving away four free weddings in honor of its McKim's Building's 125th anniversary.

Couples will have the opportunity to exchange vows inside the historic Abbey Room at the Central library in Copley Square. The giveaway package includes a catered pre-ceremony breakfast, bouquets and boutonnieres, music, a 15 minute ceremony and a mini-photography session.

The winning couples, along with 10 special guests, will tie the knot on Sunday, Feb. 2, 2020.

“We are so excited to offer couples a chance to have the Boston Public Library become part of their love story,” said David Leonard, President of the Boston Public Library. “The McKim Building was created with the intention of serving as a ‘palace for the people,’ and I can think of few more fitting ways to celebrate its 125th anniversary than by welcoming guests into this space in such a meaningful way."

Giveaway registration began this week and ends November 15th. It can be done online only.
