BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — Boston is hosting the annual Six City Classic Hockey Tournament this week. The Boston Police played the New York Fire Department Saturday afternoon. BPD lost 5-2.
Boston Mayor Marty Walsh dropped the puck at the game.
“We have some good hockey players on our teams,” Walsh said. “There are NHL players that played in the league for a while, and now they’re in public safety.”
