BPD Seeking Two Suspects Wanted For Armed Robbery In Roxbury

BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — The Boston Police Department is asking the public's help in identifying two men suspected of armed robbery in Roxbury.

Police said the robbery took place at the Cristian Convenience Store at 411 Blue Hill Ave. at around 10:52 p.m. Thursday.

According to police, one of the suspects entered the store brandishing a firearm, walked behind the counter, and pointed the weapon at a store employee. Soon after, a second suspect jumped over the counter and stole money from the store's cash register, police said.

The pair also stole a victim's wallet and cellphone, then fled the store on foot and turned onto Devon Street in the direction of Warren Street, police said.

Police have released surveillance photos from the incident, which is under active investigation.

The first suspect is described as a light-skinned Black man, wearing a black mask, black bubble jacket, black pants with tears, and white sneakers.

The second suspect is described as a light-skinned Black man, wearing a black hoodie, black sweatpants, and white sneakers with red trim.
