Officials say the three victims were of the same group working in the hotel from out of state, and after initial investigation, police say another group may have confronted the victims in the building's parking lot. The BPD says the two groups may have known each other.

The identities of the other party remains under investigation, as the suspects fled the scene prior to police arrival.

Braintree Police Detectives say they are working with Massachusetts State Police Detectives and Crime Scene Services Section in the investigation.
