Brookline Police Search For Jewelry Thieves Who Stole $10,000 Watch

BROOKLINE, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — Multiple thieves walked away from a jewelry heist in Brookline on Friday with a $10,000 watch in tow, police said.

According to the Brookline Police Department, the larceny happened at 3:28 in the afternoon at the Village Watch Center at 233 Washington Street. Officials said that the suspects called ahead and confirmed that the jeweler had a 1998 Men's Rolex Oyster two-tone white face watch in store and arrived to request a showing. While inspecting the watch, the individuals took it and fled out of the store.

The BPD asked that anyone with information related to the incident contact police at 617-730-2222.
