BROOKLINE, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — Brookline has been named the best place to live for quality of life by the U.S. News and World Report Quality of Life Index.
The index analyzed 859 cities to figure out the best places to live. The report evaluated areas like quality and availability of health care and education, as well as commute time, crime levels, and how satisfied residents are with their daily lives. Becky, who splits their time between Brookline and the south with her husband said she understands the appeal.
"It's busy enough, it's quiet enough, it's friendly enough, it's private enough."
