CAMBRIDGE, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — Late Friday night, Cambridge Police were dispatched to the area of Hoyt Field on reports of a shooting that left two people with gunshot wounds.
The Cambridge Police Department said in a statement that one of the victims sustained serious injuries, while the other was believed to be in stable condition. The CPD said the first victim's condition stabilized by Saturday morning. Officials say no arrests have been made at the time of posting.
Both victims were teenagers, aged 18 and 19-years-old.

Police say one witness saw a short male wearing a hooded sweatshirt and all black clothing, running on Montague Street towards River Street at around 10:30 p.m. on Friday.
