FALMOUTH, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — An elderly couple were helped out of a vehicle after it plunged into Bourne's Pond in Falmouth on Sunday.
Authorities said the incident happened at around 2:40 p.m., in the area of Menauhant Road and Central Avenue.
According to CapeCod.com, bystanders helped two elderly people, who appeared uninjured, out of the partially-submerged vehicle, and a wrecker was called to pull the car from the water.
The crash is currently under investigation by Falmouth Police.
