CHELSEA, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — A Chelsea has been charged in the beating death of his roommate over the weekend.
Bartolo Cruz Cosigua Gonzalez was arraigned Tuesday on a charge of manslaughter following the death of 25-year-old Alexis Antonio Yanes-Majano.
Authorities said they found Yanes-Majano lying on the ground and unresponsive outside a Pearl Street apartment building in Chelsea on Saturday around 11 a.m.
The victim was taken to a nearby hospital where he later died.
