Total Coronavirus Cases In Massachusetts Up To 197

BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — The Massachusetts Department of Public Health announced 33 new cases of COVID-19 in the Commonwealth Monday, bringing the total in the state to 197.

Of those cases, 100 originated from the Biogen meeting held at the Marriot Long Wharf hotel late last month, 28 resulted from local transmission, 18 were travel related, and the source of 51 of the cases is still under investigation.
