Coronavirus Cases In Massachusetts Rise To 108

BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — The number of COVID-19 cases in Massachusetts has risen to 108, the state's Department of Public Health announced Thursday afternoon.

Of those cases, 102 are presumptive, and six have been confirmed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

The cases include 82 stemming from the late February Biogen meeting at the Marriot Long Wharf hotel. Five cases are travel related, eight cases are associated with Berkshire Medical Center, and the sources of thirteen cases remain under investigation.
