NORTH ATTLEBORO, Mass. (CBS/WBZ NewsRadio) — Police have located the suspected driver of the truck involved in a hit and run in North Attleboro on Sunday.

North Attleboro Police released surveillance images of a white pickup truck after the driver allegedly hit a man and woman on Adamsdale Road and fled. They asked for the public's help in identifying the suspect.

One victim, 62 year-old Paul Re, was taken to Rhode Island Hospital with serious injuries.

Re’s niece Britanny Maloof said the driver only pushed Re’s girlfriend Joy Saint Hilaire, but struck Re “dead on.” She said his injuries include a broken pelvis and broken vertebrae.

“He’s fighting for his life. He has severe, severe injuries,” Maloof told WBZ TV. “He went in the air. He fell like a rag doll, is what we were told by Joy. The car did not slow down. Did not stop. Just kept on going.”
