BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — A woman was struck by a stolen Amtrak work truck in the Seaport District Friday.
The woman was hit near Northern and Fanfare Avenues. She suffered minor injuries.
Amtrak Police said in a statement that the truck that hit the woman was stolen from a worksite shortly before the crash.
"After leaving the worksite, the suspect struck a light pole, a parked vehicle and also struck and injured a person," the statement read.
Boston and Amtrak Police are still searching for the suspect, who fled the scene.
