Dancers At Wollaston Beach Hope To Bring 'Joy and Smiles'

Wollaston Beach, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — While sitting at home at the beginning of the pandemic, Nathalie Ais had a revelation.

"We need more joy and smiles in this age," Ais said.

But to corral all of that positive energy, the Florida native would have to confront her own fears.

"I'm facing [my fears] as a dancer, by dancing in an unconventional place, in public, and potentially facing rejection.

What she has received is reverence and acceptance from those who jump in to dance with her.

"When you go beyond what you know as your comfort, or your limits, you discover that you're able to do more than you thought," Ais said.
