DANVERS, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — A culinary arts teacher at Essex Technical School in Danvers has been arrested.
Robert Vandenbulcke was arrested at his Salisbury home and is charged with two counts of indecent assault and battery on a person over 14.
He's due to be arraigned Thursday in Salem District Court.
Police in Danvers initiated an investigation last week after a parent of a student contacted them concerning an incident that allegedly occurred at the school.
