BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — Construction continued Monday morning at Logan Airport, causing lots of slowdowns and confusion.

The project hopes to improve the roads for Terminals C, D and E, speeding up the flow of traffic for departures. The construction has caused delays for other part of the airport as well.

“I just got a call from my Lyft driver that he’s delayed because of it,” said Cambridge resident Will, who flies in and out of Logan Airport regularly.

Already frustrated with the delays, rideshare drivers are confused where to go. The normal route to pick up passengers is covered with orange cones and unclear directions on signs.

“I think it’s a little bit difficult [for] us,” said rideshare driver and Dorchester resident Carlos. “We have to adapt to everything so fast and it’s a little bit complicated.”

The 11-day project started on Sept. 14 and, weather permitting, will end on Monday, Sept. 25.
