BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — Delta Airlines Flight 148 from Las Vegas to Paris made an emergency landing at Logan International Airport Thursday night.

According to the Federal Aviation Administration, the flight landed safely at around 9:26 p.m. after the crew reported a vibration and declared an emergency.

The Boeing 777 had taken off from McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas and was going to Paris Charles de Gaulle airport.

Delta spokeswoman Emma Protis apologized to passengers for the inconvenience and blamed the emergency landing on a "mechanical issue."

Passengers safely disembarked the plane and were transferred to other flights.
