FALMOUTH, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — Early Friday morning the Falmouth Police Department responded to report of a two-car crash, where one vehicle failed to stop at a stop sign, police said.

Police said they arrived at the corner of Clark Street and John Parker Road to find that a 2007 GMC Canyon had failed to stop at an intersection stop sign, and collided with a 2010 KIA Sportage. The GMC had rolled over from the impact, and though police said that the driver of that vehicle was uninjured, a male passenger of the car had suffered injuries and was entrapped.

The FPD said that the passenger was extricated by fire personnel and brought to the hospital. Police said that the GMC driver was a licensed male juvenile, and that he was cited for Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign.
