SOMERVILLE, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — Everett High School won Kiss 108’s Turkey Toss for the fifth year in a row Wednesday morning. High school athletes from across Massachusetts came to Assembly Row in Somerville for the annual competition.
After impressive catches by students from Peabody and Salem, Everett High seniors Marvin and Fabrice secured the win.
Billy Costa, co-host of the “Billy & Lisa in The Morning” radio show on Kiss 108, was not surprised by Everett’s impressive performance.
“We start our broadcast just after 6am [and] Everett [High School] was already out there in the dark throwing sandbags around and [their strategy] worked again they got a fifth straight year,” Costa said.

Kiss 108’s Turkey Toss benefited the Greater Boston Food Bank, which will use the donation to “provide 2,000 meals to neighbors in need across Eastern MA,” according to their Facebook page.
