SOMERVILLE, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — Somerville's annual Fall Festival is just around the corner.

Mayor Katjana Ballantyne and Somerville's Parks and Recreation Department are inviting the community to attend this free event for the family that's being held Sept. 13 at Conway Park.

It runs from 1 - 4 p.m., featuring bounce houses, music, a magician, face painting, pumpkin decorating, and more.

Organizers are hoping for better weather this year.

Last year, it rained, and the festival had to be rescheduled.

If it rains this year, all activities will be moved indoors to Founders Memorial Rink at 8 Garden Ct.
